🔁 Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

❌ Returns are NOT accepted if:

  • Wrong size was ordered by the customer

  • Customer changes mind about color or design

  • Products purchased on sale or discount

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received is damaged or defective (unboxing video required)

📌 Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer must bear the return shipping cost

📹 Important Note

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged or incorrect product claims

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted
